Beat The Bullies |
| |
- Do not suffer in silence, tell someone
- Try to ignore the bully or say no in a really firm voice and turn and walk away from the situation.
- Don't fight back or you will end up in trouble as well.
- Try to avoid the places where the bullies hang out, try to walk to lessons with a friend.
- Keep a diary of what has been happening so that you can show your tutor.
- If you are receiving text messages, camera phone pictures or e-mails that are unkind, keep them in a folder on your computer area or mobile phone so that they can be shown to your teacher.
